شروط الاستخدام Terms of Use

1) القبول والأهلية

لاستخدام المنصة يجب أن تكون ذا أهلية قانونية وفق قوانين جمهورية مصر العربية. استخدامك للخدمة يعني موافقتك على الشروط الحالية وأي تحديثات لاحقة.

You must be legally capable under Egyptian law. Using the service constitutes acceptance of the current and future updated terms.

2) إنشاء الحساب والتحقق

• تلتزم بتقديم بيانات دقيقة وحديثة، والحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور.
• قد نستخدم رموز تحقق عبر الرسائل القصيرة/البريد للتحقق من الهوية.
• التسجيل عبر أطراف خارجية (Google/Facebook) يخضع لسياساتهم بالإضافة لهذه الشروط.
• You must provide accurate info, keep your password secure.
• We may use SMS/email verification codes to verify identity.
• Third-party sign-in (Google/Facebook) is subject to their policies plus ours.

3) السلوك المسموح والمحتوى المحظور

3) Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

• يُحظر نشر محتوى مخالف للقانون، احتيالي، مسيء، أو منتهك للحقوق.
• لا يجوز استخدام المنصة لإرسال الرسائل العشوائية أو جمع البيانات دون إذن.
• نحتفظ بحق إزالة أي محتوى مخالف وحظر الحسابات المسيئة.
• No illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or rights-infringing content.
• No spam, scraping, or unauthorized data collection.
• We may remove violating content and restrict abusive accounts.

4) القوائم والإعلانات

4) Listings & Ads

• يجب أن تكون بيانات العقار وصوره دقيقة وتخص المُعلن أو لديك حق استخدامها.
• أي عروض أو أسعار منشورة مسؤوليتك وحدك، وقد نخضعها للمراجعة.
• قد تتضمن المنصة محتوى إعلاني برعاية أطراف ثالثة.
• Listing info/photos must be accurate and you must have the right to use them.
• Published offers/prices are your sole responsibility and may be reviewed.
• The platform may include third-party sponsored content.

5) حقوق الملكية الفكرية

5) Intellectual Property

جميع العلامات والشعارات والواجهات والتصاميم على المنصة مملوكة لتسهيل أو مرخّصة له. لا يجوز إعادة إنتاجها أو استخدامها دون إذن مكتوب.

All trademarks, logos, UI, and designs are owned/licensed by Tasaheel. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.

6) الخصوصية والكوكيز

يخضع استخدام بياناتك لـ سياسة الخصوصية. نستخدم الكوكيز لتحسين التجربة، ويمكنك ضبطها من المتصفح.

7) إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها

7) Disclaimers & Liability

تُقدَّم الخدمة “كما هي”. لا نضمن دقة أو توافر جميع القوائم في كل الأوقات. في حدود ما يسمح به القانون، نحدّ مسؤوليتنا عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو الخاصة.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant accuracy/availability of all listings at all times. To the extent permitted by law, we limit liability for indirect or special damages.

8) الإنهاء والتعليق

8) Suspension & Termination

يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك في حال مخالفة الشروط أو القوانين أو سياسات المنصة.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, applicable laws, or platform policies.

9) التعديلات على الشروط

قد نحدّث الشروط دوريًا. يسري التحديث من تاريخ النشر، ويُعد استمرارك في الاستخدام قبولًا للتعديلات.

We may update these terms periodically. Updates are effective upon posting; continued use constitutes acceptance.

10) القانون والاختصاص

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، ويختص القضاء المصري بأي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and Egyptian courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
